She complains and gets mad at me for not wearing color-coordinated outfits,
And when I do wear them, she doesn’t even realize that it’s her for whom I have pushed my limit.
Her innocence stills stays the best thing about her,
But I can’t resist wishing her to be my favorite reader.
The one who would read even my words penned down with the invisible ink,
In this and coming every life, she would stay the only one with whom my heart would be in sync.
-IAdoreYouCreates
M Y T A K E
Mrs. Kanitkar and her innocence,
Though adorable but sometimes can get on the nerves!
-Mr. Kanitkar.
Mrs. Kanitkar cannot hear your unsaid words, Mr. Kanitkar. Not until you take off the earplugs of your denial and harsh words that you had made her wear time and again.
I cannot ever fall in love with a girl like you.
You are not just childish but also a selfish girl, Apurva. You and I… we will never be able to come close because of your this behavior.
How could you even think that I am in love with you?
I haven’t given you a right to confront me.
My troubles have increased since the time you have entered my life. I have to hang my head in shame because of your behavior.
You keep saying that I don’t love you, right? How and why should I love you? Tell me one quality in you because of which I can fall in love with you. One quality? My family loves you because of me and not because you have anything in you that is worth loving. Who will love a weird girl like you?
Words, Mr. Kanitkar, words! Regardless of what circumstances and mindset led you to say those things to her – the fact stays that you did say those words to her and you cannot take them back no matter what you do. Sure, you have changed, Mr. Kanitkar and so have your feelings but you cannot expect that all of those things that you had hurt her in the past with will magically disappear from her memory, can you?
Words, Mr. Kanitkar, words! Vicious words hurt more than ten knives stabbing you at a time will. Vicious words stay with you longer than any sweet and loving ones do.
Words, Mr. Kanitkar, words! That’s why, you have to think before choosing them, Mr. Kanitkar because you never know what day will arrive which will make you desperate to eliminate the existence of those very words because you wouldn’t be able to stand that you actually used them for someone you now want to protect even from someone’s shadow.
You had stubbornly tried to make her believe that you would never fall for her, Mr. Kanitkar so now – you have to stubbornly make her believe that she is the only woman, your heart holds so preciously. Sutbbornly, Mr. Kanitkar. Till the time she believes you! Till the time she believes you!
The Cupid Gang (I mean the Kukki Gang), A Flustered Mr. Kanitkar and Naively Unaware Mrs. Kanitkar.
This is the third time in the row when Kukki has caught Shashank Aashiq Kanitkar red-handed. First when he was lost in his wife’s thoughts when she went shopping during the Haldi ceremony. Second when he was watching his wife discuss something with the Kukki gang and now when he was adoring his wife’s beauty, losing the sense of surroundings!
Kya Jaane Kyun Hai, Kya Jaane Kaisi, Andekhi Se Dor,
Jo Khenchti Hai, Jo Le Chali Hai, Ab Yun Mujhe Teri Ore.
Mr. Kanitkar can explain the most complicated theories to you but ask him what it is about his wife that keeps pulling him toward her and he would stand still for a moment, dart a glare at you and laugh asking you what nonsense you are talking about. Mr. Kanitkar legit struggles to collect words when it comes to his wife. That’s the kind of enchanting effect that she has on him.
Har Baar Inhe Kuch Aur Bolna Hota Hai Aur Ye Kuch Aur Bol Baithte Hai,
Kare Bhi To Kya, Inki Biwi Ke Ishq Mein Ghayal Hue Pade Hai.
Koi Aaye, Koi Jaaye, Ab Inhe Farq Nahi Padta,
Lekin Agar Wo Pal Bhar Ke Liye Bhi Kahi Chali Jaaye To Ab Inka Dil Nahi Lagta!
Amey though. The way these people tease Shashank despite knowing that he becomes a professional liar whenever it comes to Apurva is so entertaining. I so agree with Kukki though. Vatavaran nirmirtichi vaat lavli. (Spoiled the whole mood.) Genuinely, they have created such a good mood. Mr. Kanitkar could have said something romantic but then it would have been out of character. Mr. Kanitkar’s romantic ideas get wild only in his room. He is just a Khadoos like they call him the moment he steps out of his room.
Mr. Kanitkar outside his room – Pyaar Se Hum Dur Hi Acche.
Mr. Kanitkar in his room – Are Pyaar Ke Sab Roop Hai Sacche.
The Kukki Gang Everywhere – Pyaar To Khair Sabhi Karte Hai, Jaane Kyun Aap Hi Mukarte Hai!
My heart kinda sank for Apurva when she said he has to make no efforts to make anyone believe anything as she knows that he would never willingly do anything for her though but I couldn’t stop chuckling when I heard Mr. Kanitkar say that it’s all a coincidence. Julun Aalay Te.
Julun Aalay Ki Julun Analay, hmm?
Mr. Kanitkar legit schemed to bring this (not-so-believable) coincidence into existence. Pyaar Hume Kis Mod Pe Le Aaya… Haha.
I love how everyone treated Deepali. Like I am sure I must have mentioned somewhere before as well that Kanitkars aren’t the people to hold a grudge. They may aggressively react when it’s their family in question but other than that they are forget, forgive and move on kind of people and I appreciate that because it is not an easy quality to hold.
“Nobody can come between the two people who truly love each other. True love… always wins.”
Those words of wisdom were especially for you, Netra Ma’am. We do not wish to hold any enmity with you. We do not wish to see you getting hurt either and that is why… and that is why, Netra Ma’am – we sincerely wish that you learn the lesson from the teachings and not from the experience but if you are still willing to learn from your own experience, unfortunately we can only watch you fail and hurt yourself because of your malicious intention of hurting someone else.
Mr. and Mrs. Kanitkar – these two have a circle of fire around them which is made of the sacred love that they hold for each other. That circle of fire protects them and their people but anyone who would try to enter that circle with an intention to harm them… will have to burn to ashes.
Now if you want to burn yourself to ashes, try to enter that circle or else… back off already!
Mr. Kanitkar’s Denial and Mrs. Kanitkar’s Disheartened Self
Honestly, in this particular thing, I am in the team Khadoos. The way he held his hands in the air with – kindly don’t count me in this madness – felt so naturally relatable. Apurva and her ideas can get really strange and embarrassing at times. I don’t blame Mr. Kanitkar for not being willing to join that madness. It is… embarrassing. I am not sure how embarrassing in fiction but it can get ridiculously embarrassing in real life.
It was going good till the time he was just denying though but again… but again, Mr. Kanitkar uttered the words and stabbed Mrs. Kanitkar’s heart with them when it was absolutely not needed. This man needs to learn that no matter what your heart holds – it cannot nullify the damage caused by your vicious words. It doesn’t work that way, Mr. Kanitkar. I shouldn’t be needing to tell you this.
His silent monologue again did wonders though. He does acknowledge that he has to go out of the way to make his wife smile and he is pretty much willing to do it and that… makes a whole lot of difference.
I was so upset that these people were playing Antakshari. I wanted to join them too. xD. Thipkyanchi Rangoli can absolutely run without any full-fledged villains just with such light stuff. They are extremely, extremely entertaining. They need no drama to run their show at all in my opinion.
“Should I start arresting you people?”
xD. Ye insaan fir se ratta maar ke aaya hai! I wonder what and how many dialogues he has memorized to get into this character like he had to get into Rana Foolchand’s character but let’s appreciate this man for honestly doing something that is actually way out of his character and personality. It is not easy to summon the courage to do something of that sort in front of a whole lot of people especially when that does not go with the personality and image that you have created with a whole lot of hard work over the years.
A fantastic episode!

Loved the review. Part of me still feels a bit uneasy regarding Deepali’s attempt to take her own life. It feels like the show barely touched such a sensitive topic, but would now rather prefer to just cast it aside rather than explore it more fully. Although, I could be wrong, and they could address it in the future. Who knows. As of now, it doesn’t seem to be the case. It saddens me that so far the only person who directly addressed Deepali’s suicide was Apurva, that to in an extremely insensitive manner
Deepali’s suicide attempt is now beginning to seem weird to me. I don’t really have a problem with them not emphasizing much on her track but her behavior does seem a bit weird now. I don’t think I expected this from Deepali. Somehow, looking at Deepali’s character at the moment, it seems good that they didn’t really drag the suicide track.
The beginning….those words of Mr. Kanitkar to Mrs. Kanitkar did skip even my heart for a while … inspite of knowing those words…then what must have Mrs. Kanitkar’s heart felt….we can Only imagine not feel!!
It’s true Mr. Kanitkar really needs to work on his speech!!! Having love in heart… verbally you can’t be using such words!!
Mr. Kanitkar’s monologue are my favourite…and so was today!!
The small pyaar se hum door hi ache bhale part which you wrote….that was so brilliant….like so fitting the situation wala!!!
As usual loved the write up❣️❣️
Mr. Kanitkar and the words that his mouth finds when he is mad has always been a bad combination. Terrible rather.
I am glad you liked that. Was extremely impromptu like how my most of the bits are.
Thank you. 💜
