His fingers froze on the keyboard once the question was spoken. His guilty gaze was able to look at her but his heart had refused to beat for the moment.
It was beyond his ability to let her see what he had been hiding from her despite knowing that it was her right. It was her right to be aware of every tiny and huge thing concerning him but the fear of losing her never let the truth find his voice.
